Benefits eligibility is determined by employment status with Graham Health System.

Medical Plan

Full-time employees are eligible for a HSA insurance plan or a PPO insurance plan after 30 days of continuous full-time employment. Our plan emphasizes preventative and wellness care as well as discounted prescription and non-prescription items.

Dental Plan

Full-time employees are eligible for dental coverage after 30 days of continuous employment.

Vison Plan

Full-time employees are eligible for vision coverage the 1st of the month following their employment start date. Coverage includes one annual exam, $25 co-pay for exam and materials; annual allotment for materials and discount on overage amounts.


All employees are eligible to enroll in Legal Ease. The employees have access to a nationwide network of attorneys to assist with legal matters. (Limitations apply)

Life Insurance

Employees receive a $15,000 policy on the 1st of the month after 6 months of continuous full time employment. Additional amounts are available for employee, spouse and dependents at the employee’s expense.

Supplemental Products

Full-time and Part-time employees are eligible to sign up for numerous supplemental/voluntary products. We offer Critical Illness Coverage, Group Universal Life Insurance, Cancer Coverage, Hospital Indemnity and Accident Coverage all available through payroll deduction.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for employees that wish to continue their education. Through an application process the employee may receive assistance to continue their education in a healthcare profession.

Retirement Plan

Graham Health System offers a 401(k) program. Employees are automatically enrolled at 3% after completing 60 days of employment, and can contribute the maximum allowed under the IRS guidelines. The hospital matches up to 3% of the first 6% an employee contributes. Roth 401K plan also available.

Earned Time

Employees at Graham Health System accrue time off based on seniority and the number of hours worked, excluding overtime, in a pay period to use when absent from work for vacation, illness, holidays, etc.

Flexible Spending Plan

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account. Flexible Spending Accounts are one way of providing additional cash flow. They are designed to allow you to take part of your taxable “wage” dollars and turn them into non-taxable “benefit” dollars, which eliminates the tax on income. (Limitations apply.)

Child Care

Employees with children in local participating daycares are eligible for discounted rates.

Employee Assistance Program

Confidential counseling is available to employees and their families seeking professional guidance with personal or work-related problems.


Graham Health System has free parking convenient for all their employees.

Fitness/Wellness Center

For a minimal cost employees are invited to sign up for our wellness membership. This will allow an employee 24/7 access to an onsite fitness center. An employee is also able to enroll spouse/domestic partner to use our wellness center.
