Customer Service Representative
Hours: 80hrs; 8:30am to 5:00pm; M-F

The Customer Service Representative performs all aspects of customer service including patient education, paperwork, and pricing of items to customers, physicians, and other agencies. Assists with monitoring inventory stock. Receives telephone communication from referral sources and customers, including the taking of orders and obtain accurate billing information, as well as over the counter sales. Establishes and maintains files with complete customer information. Reports to the Customer Service Representative II, the Coordinator of Retail Facilities and the Director of Operations for Graham Home Medical.
High School Graduate or equivalent preferred. Knowledgeable in all major insurance carrier reimbursement guidelines and eligibility for coverage by third-party payers. Perform accounting functions, maintain records, understand reimbursement requirements, filing, typing, and telephone skills.
