Customer Service Representative II

The Customer Service Representative II performs all aspects of customer service including patient education, paperwork and pricing of items to customers, physicians and other agencies. Assists with monitoring inventory stock. Receives telephone communication from referral sources and customers, including the taking of orders and obtaining accurate billing information, as well as over the counter sales. Establishes and maintains files with complete customer information. Reports to the Customer Service Representative II, the Supervisor of Retail Facilities and the Director of Operations for Graham Home Medical.
High School Graduate or equivalent preferred. Knowledgeable in all major insurance carrier reimbursement guidelines and eligibility for coverage by third party payers. Perform accounting functions, maintain records, understand reimbursement requirements, filing, typing and telephone skills.
