IS Customer Support Specialist is responsible for the overall function of the Help Desk and system monitoring to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications.  This position also assists in providing direct end-user support for the use of our practice management system and other applications.  This position reports to the Manager of Technology in the Information Services department.

High School diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred.  Basic computer knowledge and experience with Graham Health System computers, applications, and systems preferred.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.  One to two years of experience working in a call center taking technical support calls is preferred.
