 The Director of ICU/PCU (CC) is accountable for: The management of ICU/PCU nursing practice and patient care delivery on a 24-hour basis; management, fiscal and other resources; the development of personnel; compliance with the regulatory and professional standards, strategic planning, and the fostering of interdisciplinary collaborative relationships within the ICU/PCU Units, and the health system as a whole. Reports to the Vice President of Nursing/Quality/CNE.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN or equivalent in education and/or Experience. 3-5 years’ experience in Critical Care or Emergency clinical nursing and Nursing management. Current Illinois registered nurse licensure
