The person in this position will perform general office work and assist in carrying out assignments by the Director of Human Resources as directed.  Duties include: greeting visitors/employees and handling general questions and requests; receives, handles and transfers phone calls and messages within the department; opens and routes mail to all Human Resources employees;  performs continuous computer data entry, such as direct deposit changes, address changes, state and federal W-4’s and other miscellaneous information; maintains Efile system, scanning of the personnel files and employee health records; and maintains record of purchase orders and ensures supplies are available with the HR Department. 

High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Post secondary education preferred.  Sufficient previous secretarial experience required.
